    Description

    Job Title: Mechanical Systems Design Lead

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced mechanical systems design lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the design of mechanical systems, mentoring junior staff, and building strong client relationships.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Lead the design process for mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
    • Research and coordinate various design aspects, verifying and documenting all details.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering high-quality solutions.
    • Solve complex problems quickly, seeking guidance from the Project Manager as needed.
    • Perform services as outlined in the contract services agreement.

    Key Skills and Abilities:

    • Extensive knowledge of mechanical design and technical aspects, including fluid, material, and atmospheric dynamics.
    • Proven project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CAD, and BIM programs, with a focus on Revit.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a minimum of 4 years of qualifying experience.
    • Professional Engineering license is preferred.
    • Revit experience is essential.

    The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
