    Position Details

    • Weekend Requirement: Every Third Weekend (variable based on schedule)
    • Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours per Week
    • Work Location: th St, Wichita Falls, TX 76301

    Requirements

    • PharmD Required
    • Pharmacy Residency Training Required
    • Acute/Inpatient Hospital Pharmacy Experience Required
    • Minimum 1 year of experience
    • Trauma Level II Experience Required
    • Adult Medicine, ED, and/or NICU experience preferred
    • Epic Experience Required/Preferred
    • Active Texas Pharmacist License (in hand before start date)
    • BLS Required (ACLS/NIHSS required with submission per compliance)
    • Flu Vaccine Required (Medical/Religious exemptions allowed)
