Major Duties And Responsibilities Adheres to motivates others to follow work instructions Completes equipment calibration setup promptly communicates any maintenance issues to Supervisor Proactively identifies quality process workflow problems informs Supervisor of any outstanding recurring issues Participates in training new hires cross-trains associates necessary Actively communicates shares information expectations with Supervisor participates team meetings focus groups offers input facility issues Demonstrates positive attitude treats all associates respect dignity Reports any issuesconcerns Supervisors Supports management decisions communicates concerns appropriate assists Team Leader Supervisor execution duties Maintains clean safe work area notifies Supervisors potential safetyhealth issues Supports follows monitors all safety requirements provides immediate feedback anywhere necessary Maintains adherence company policies
