Job Description

Highland Industrial Staffing is seeking a Production Maintenance Technician for a Lebanon, TN facility. This position will support all production/facility equipment, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair on all equipment and maintain the facility to be in excellent condition. The successful candidate must have a strong electrical background.

Position Summary:

Complies with company standards and G.M.P. Policies
Understands all maintenance forms (P.M. and Maintenance Repair)
Knowledge of O.S.H.A. rules
Knowledge of Control Voltage on equipment and panels
Knowledge of Electrical 3-Phase and Single-Phase Power
Knowledge of air compressors and pneumatic
Knowledge of trouble shooting equipment
Knowledge of power transmission (belts, pulleys, chain, sprockets, gears, gear boxes, motors, clutches and breaks, etc.)
Continuous standing, walking, bending, and able to lift up to 100 lbs.

Qualifications:

Self-starter with minimal supervision
Team player
Flexible to work extended hours
Detail oriented

Physical Requirements:

Lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 lbs.
Use Ladders.
Wear all required PPE.
Walk, stand, sit, crawl, kneel, climb up to 10 hrs per day.
Ability to work at heights and in inclement weather.
