    Critical Illness Recovery Hospital

    Select Specialty Hospital - (Located 11th Floor of Banner Medical University)

    Phoenix, AZ

    Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) / Full-Time Days

    Three 12-Hour Shifts

    7:00 am- 7:30 pm

    $10,000 sign-on bonus for day shift

    New Competitive Rates + Increased Shift Differentials

    Pay Rate:
    $53.00 per hour

    (Based on years of experience)

    At our Critical Illness Recovery Hospitals, you will have the privilege of caring for the most fragile patients in your community. These individuals are in need of extended hospitalization due to chronic or critical conditions.

    Responsibilities:

    - Admitting and transferring patients to the unit
    - Conducting thorough and timely patient assessments
    - Accurate and timely documentation using proper systems
    - Analyzing diagnostic data and medical orders efficiently
    - Responding effectively to emergency situations
    - Driving continuous quality enhancements
    - Educating and supporting patients and their families

    Qualifications:

    Show a profound understanding of patient requirements, ensuring each individual feels valued, respected, and heard.

    Demonstrate a keen dedication to offering high-quality care and showcase strong problem-solving skills in a dynamic setting.

    Minimum requirements:
    Active State RN License
    BLS certification at employment commencement
    ACLS certification within 6 months of hire

    Preferred qualifications for success:
    Clinical experience is advantageous
