Financial Analyst

Columbus, OH (hybrid)

30 hour work week
This role involves managing lease and energy service inboxes, assisting with mail processing, and keying landlord invoices.


Responsibilities:
Manage lease and energy service inboxes, ensuring timely responses and actions.

Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners to facilitate smooth operations.

Assist with mail processing efficiently to ensure timely handling of important documents.

Key invoices and default notices accurately into appropriate team logs, ensuring data integrity.

Maintain invoice audit upload templates and troubleshoot financial systems as necessary.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting environment, providing a solid foundation for this role.

Basic to intermediate skills in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications to handle data effectively.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing effectively.

Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, for seamless collaboration within the team and with external partners.

Enthusiastic, high energy, and self-motivated attitude to drive success in this role.
