- 5-9 years of experience in information technology auditing, risk management, or controls assurance roles
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Technical proficiency in technology infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and access management
- Experience with CI/CD technologies, automated code build, and cybersecurity controls
- Proven experience in risk assessments, IT audits, and cybersecurity controls implementation
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CISM, and Cloud Certifications preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on risk mitigation
- Knowledge of cloud security, industry standards, and frameworks
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Lead external auditor readiness engagements and assessments
- Coordinate audit cycles and requests
- Perform technology risk assessments and develop control strategies
- Provide technical assistance and track audit findings
- Evaluate control maturity and assist with Cloud Risk assessments

About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced individual to join the External Audit Center of Excellence team at Fidelity. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing technology areas of external audit engagements, focusing on key aspects such as DevOps, Cloud, and Technology Operations. Your responsibilities will include conducting risk assessments, developing control strategies for emerging technologies like AI/Machine Learning, and collaborating with various internal teams and external auditors.
The Team:
