    The purpose and function of the Warehouse Supervisor position is to provide Supervision for the Pars Distribution Center.

    At Honda, our associates take pride in their responsibilities. A typical day for a Warehouse Supervisor will include:

    Handling the distribution process to include receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control in the Parts Center

    Representing Honda to dealerships, vendors, freight carriers, and the community

    Support programs, and policies and procedures within the Parts Center

    Ensuring accurate inventory, shipments, receipts, and related activity

    Promoting purchase of genuine Honda parts and accessories

    **Qualifications**

    We are looking for qualified people and diverse background and experiences, open minds, and a disciplined work ethic, to bring the future to Honda as Warehouse Supervisor, you must have:

    Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent work-related experience preferred

    3+ years in a job- related field with increasing responsibilities to include specialized areas

    1-3 years previous supervisory experience including providing training and performance management

    Knowledge of material handling equipment; transportation management; computerized inventory control and distribution/warehouse operations

    Strong interpersonal, organizational skills, written/verbal communication, and problem- solving skills

    Proven ability to multi-task
