- Develop and implement a quality control plan for all projects, ensuring that project deliverables meet or exceed quality standards
- Establish and enforce quality control processes and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and address any issues or discrepancies
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement corrective actions and preventive measures
- Provide training and support to project teams to ensure understanding and adherence to quality control processes
- Manage documentation and record keeping related to quality control activities
- Stay updated on industry standards and best practices in quality control and recommend improvements as necessary
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control management
- Strong knowledge of quality control processes and methodologies
- Experience in the engineering or construction industry
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Detailed-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in quality control software and tools
- Certifications in quality control and/or project management are a plus
