Wilshire is offering a Sign on Bonus for Full-Time RN Positions

We're looking for a motivated professional to join our team of Registered Nurses

Under the direction and supervision of the Clinical Manager, the Registered Nurse Case Manager is responsible for the comprehensive nursing care of assigned patients within a region. Duties include, seeing 3-5 patients per day, medication management, symptom management, psycho-social support, supervising LVNs and Home Health Aides assigned to the team, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. The RN Case manager must be able to work autonomously, have good time management skills, and be able to communicate and delegate concerns or needs professionally.

• Schedule is primarily Mon-Fri 8am -5pm with 1-3 weekend shifts per month.
• Occasional back up call for NOC nurse.
• May have to travel outside of assigned service area on occasion.
  
  

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of California.
• One or more years experience as a Registered Nurse is required; Med‐Surg experience preferred.
• Graduation from an approved school of professional nursing, BSN preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of and ability to apply basic principles of nursing care.
• Experience and/or education in the area of the aged, chronically ill, and/or psychiatric nursing.
