- Stable group of experienced providers
- Nursing staff with specialty training in providing emergency adult and pediatric care, as well as in trauma and resuscitation
- Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination
- 0.8 FTE = 9-10 twelve hour shifts per month

- Staffing Model: 40 hours of physician coverage & 36 hours of APP coverage daily
- 204 bed Hospital with access to all specialties
- 31 Bed ED
- Level 3 Trauma Center
- Average 98 ED visits daily, 36,000 annually
- 2 dedicated trauma rooms
- 5 bed restricted access behavioral health area
- Designated primary stroke center
- Evaluate, interpret and coordinate information to make decisions and recommendations regarding patient care
- Ability to work as a team member to improve the health of the people and communities we serve
- Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), analytical and problem-solving skills
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Experience preferred
- Hold an unrestricted medical license in the state of Iowa
- Hold current and unrestricted state and federal authority to prescribe and administer medications as necessary or appropriate to the Advanced Practitioners field of practice
- Eligible to work in the United States
