Description

We are looking for a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT/OTR) to join our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department in Charlton, MA.

Join our team in a beautiful building with a fantastic rehab director and a great rehab team. Our campus spans 450 country acres and is meticulously maintained inside out. Modern buildings, clean facilities, and up-to-date equipment await you.

e-stim, ultrasound, and diathermy modalities
Two rehab gyms, NuStep, practice stairs, fully operational kitchen, bathroom with a full-sized tub, and parallel bars
Short Term Rehab: 27 private rooms stocked with necessary equipment
Long Term Skilled Nursing: 112 LTC private rooms with country kitchen dining
Independent Living: 207 apartments and 14 cottages
Stonebrook Enhanced Living: 28 private rooms/rest home
Fieldstone Memory Care Assisted Living: 14 private rooms

Requirements:

Provide therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility
Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff
Hold a current Occupational Therapist license
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and electronic documentation
Detail-oriented and timely in documentation
Team player

Compensation: $45.00 per hour
