    $75K-$85K + 7.5% AIP

    Position Description :
    The Senior Human Resources Generalist supports our HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations.

    This role will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities, helping us to plan and administer important functions, such as support and guidance to team members and management on HR related matters, recruiting both in-house and partnerships with employment agencies, required federal and state reporting (EEO-1, ACA, OSHA Forms, etc.), onboarding and offboarding, training and development, compensation and benefits, and payroll functions.

    The Senior HR Generalist would serve as the primary point of contact for our team members with human resources inquiries, workplace issues and employee concerns.

    This role would collaborate with hiring managers, oversee the full recruitment cycle from job posting to interviewing and selection, pre-employment screening.

    The Senior HR Generalist would manage administrative tasks related to the employee life cycle, including onboarding, new hire orientation and off-boarding processes while maintaining data into HRIS and auditing for accuracy and compliance.

    This role would generate various HR metrics reports on a weekly or monthly offering valuable insights into HR-related data,evaluate the effectiveness of training sessions and programs; determines changes to be made and initiates changes to programs to ensure appropriate skills development and promote and support initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and morale.


    Requirements:

    The company is looking for a candidate with three to five years' experience 3 -5 years of experience as a generalist doing payroll and benefits in addition to other HR duties.

    A proficiency in ADP Workforce Now is required. The candidate must be comfortable learning new technical systems as needed.

    A desired candidate will have excellent communications skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness with thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations.


    Preferred:
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, PHR and/or SHRM-CP experience
