Natural Products Specialist
Join our team as a Natural Products Specialist, where your sales ability and dedication will make a difference for our customers In this role, you'll gain in-depth knowledge of our full product line, engage with customers by confidently answering their questions, recommending product options, and deliver exceptional service throughout their ordering experience.
Job Mode: Onsite, Full Time
- Monday-Friday hours and No Weekends
- Looking for a strong communicator comfortable with guided yet conversational calls, who listens actively and builds meaningful rapport with customers.
- Seeking a dependable, respectful and committed individual eager to learn about and grow with in the company.
Major Position Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Manage Natural Products customer contacts through all channels (phone, email, chat, social)
- Service all customers, internal and external, in a professional manner. Resolve customer service issues to the mutual satisfaction of both the company and the customer.
- Utilize various selling techniques to maximize the revenue opportunities on all interactions with customers
- Maintain performance in quality and sales-based metrics.
- Responsible for knowledge of products, call scripting and information contained on the Natural Products web site.
- Ability to engage in a non-scripted free form call format.
- Provide support to Natural Products wholesale team where needed and available.
- Engage with Natural Products store owner and other brand teams to promote customer experience and feedback
- Provide overflow assistance to other Customer Relations functions (Web, Order Processing, Order Support) as needed and assigned.
- Maintain positive working relationship with all internal and external customers.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Required education, skills, abilities, and experience:
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Confident, assertive and goal oriented.
- Minimum 6 months external sales experience or 3 months internal sales experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- PC Knowledge, including windows navigation and use of multiple programs.
- Full time must be available to work 40 hours/week, shift to be determined.
- Be available to work weekends and mandatory extra hours as call volume requires.
