Job title: Baggage Handler

We're seeking a skilled and agile Baggage Handler to join our team. As a key member of our operations staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth movement of luggage and passengers through our stations and on our trains.

In this role, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure, with tight deadlines to meet. You must be able to multitask and work well in a team to achieve these goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist passengers with their luggage and ensure they board trains safely and efficiently


• Handle checked baggage, packages, and company materials in the station and on/off trains


• Lift items weighing up to 50 pounds and push or pull baggage carts as needed


• Operate baggage equipment such as tow tractors, pallet jacks, and forklifts


• Ensure all passenger train boarding(s) are timely and assist with verifying passengers have the proper travel documents
