    Welcome and thank you for your interest in a career with Providence College Provide overall management for operational and service functions for Institutional Advancement, including the management and coordination of the overall day-to-day operations for organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

    Plan, develop, manage, and execute the annual budgeting and planning process. Oversee monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts of departments financial performance against budget, financial, and operational goals. Compile annual budget and quarterly forecasts. Identify best practices and improve internal systems with an eye toward future needs and budget realities. Implement budget guidelines and operating procedures. Supervise the day-to-day processing of purchasing, invoices, and expenses. Work with the Finance office on financial related issues.
    Oversee the daily operations and general office management. Develop implementation plans to improve and standardize all aspects of operations. Manage and supervise the Administrative Coordinator of Operations and oversee the reception area.

    Manage and coordinate the offices athletic-related advancement functions related to ticketing, suite management at the Amica Mutual Pavilion, and other athletic-specific activities, as necessary.

    Oversee the management of office inventory and logistics for monthly staff meetings. Coordinate NEASC annual assessments reporting.
    Serve as the lead staff liaison with the Office of Human Resources. Maintain org chart, track open positions, and status of HR-required forms such as PDQs and position justification forms. Participate in short- and long-term organizational planning and strategy.

    Develop and maintain onboarding processes and programs to orient, educate, and train new employees to provide a smooth transition into the office.

    Develop and maintain off-boarding processes and procedures that ensure seamless transition planning. Coordinate with senior management to ensure processes are followed.
    Collect and draft monthly newsletter updates for the Executive Office. Lead special projects at the request of the Senior Vice President.

    Perform all other duties as may be required.
    Education and Experience RequiredBachelors Degree from an accredited institution required.

    Five to seven years of related experience in higher education and/or management or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office platform, financial budget planning, and reporting.
    Ability to use good judgment, communicate effectively, and work independently.
    Ability to juggle multiple tasks and establish priorities.
    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    Excellent leadership qualities, problem-solving, project management skills, creativity and strategic thinking.
    Keen sense of confidentiality, knowledge of College policies and procedures, and excellent judgment.
