About the Sales Representative Role:
As a Sales Representative, you play a crucial role as the intermediary between the company and its customers. You will have the opportunity to fast-track into a management position within 60-90 days. Our comprehensive training program focuses on internal promotion, empowering you to steer your career path within the company right from the start. There is no cold-calling involved; instead, our dedicated public relations department maintains strong connections with over 44,000 groups throughout North America to deliver exceptional supplemental benefits.

Superior communication abilities
Fundamental understanding of computer operations
Strong work ethic
Outgoing and energetic demeanor with a positive attitude
Demonstrates accountability and coachability
Proficient in time management
Must successfully pass a background check
No prior experience necessary; we provide comprehensive training
Benefits eligibility after 90 days
Competitive weekly pay ($70,000 - $75,000 average in the first year)
