Ingenium Talent, a leading Louisville, Kentucky-based recruiting firm is working with a local logistics company in their search for a Senior NetSuite Administrator.

This is a full-time position with our client and can be remote. Candidates do not need to reside in the Louisville, KY area to be considered for this role.

As a Senior ERP Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the administration and optimization of our client's NetSuite ERP system.

You will collaborate closely with finance and accounting professionals, as well as various stakeholders across supply chain, warehouse, and logistics functions.

This position requires a comprehensive understanding of ERP principles, particularly in the areas of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, EDI, and Order Entry.

Responsibilities:
Lead the administration and configuration of the NetSuite ERP system to meet the evolving needs of the business.
Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and efficient financial processes within the ERP system.
Provide guidance and support to users on system functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting.
Conduct regular assessments of ERP system performance and identify opportunities for improvement or optimization.
Manage integrations with third-party systems, particularly in supply chain, warehouse, and logistics environments.
Oversee data migration, system upgrades, and implementations of new ERP modules or functionalities.
Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures related to ERP processes.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in ERP systems and recommend relevant enhancements or updates.


Requirements:
Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field.
Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in ERP management or related roles.
At least 4-5 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite administration or some other comparable ERP application.
Proven expertise in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, EDI, and Order Entry processes.
Comfortable working with finance and accounting professionals to translate business requirements into ERP solutions.
Experience in supply chain, warehouse, or logistics environments is highly desirable.
Familiarity with SuiteCommerce Advanced (SCA) is preferred, though not required.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose effective solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels of the organization.
