Leveraging the power of Unreal Engine API, we will seamlessly import rendering data into our application, enabling users to experience lifelike walkthroughs of potential homes that align with their specified preferences based on completing a comprehensive survey.

This individual will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining both web and mobile applications.


Location:
Newport Beach, CA(ONSITE)

Compensation:
$50-$70/hr. (potential for flexibility based on experience)

Schedule:
Monday- Friday 8am-6pm

Key Responsibilities:
Designing, developing, and maintaining web and mobile applications from concept to production.
Collaborating designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for both web and mobile platforms.
Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards.
Implementing features and functionality for both web and mobile applications using appropriate technologies and frameworks.
Optimizing applications for maximum speed, performance, and scalability.
Integrating third-party APIs and services as needed.
Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to other team members.
Troubleshooting and debugging issues across both web and mobile platforms.
Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web and mobile development.
Collaborating with experienced web developers to implement and expand upon the functionality of the application.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience as a web and mobile application developer or a similar role.
Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS++, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, , etc.).
Strong understanding of back-end technologies such as , Python, Ruby on Rails, or similar.
Experience with mobile development frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, or native iOS/Android development.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
