    Job Title: Project Manager / Business Analyst at ABBTECH

    Position Details:

    Overview: We are looking for a skilled Project Manager/Business Analyst to join our team supporting the US Army Redstone Arsenal, Army Contracting Command (ACC). In this role, you will oversee projects and analyze business needs, with a focus on SharePoint development and management. The ideal candidate will hold a Microsoft PL-900 certification and preferably a PMP certification.

    Responsibilities:

    • Project Management:
      • Lead and oversee projects related to SharePoint development, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with project requirements.
      • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
      • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor project progress.
      • Identify and address project risks and challenges.
      • Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.
    • Business Analysis:
      • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for SharePoint solutions.
      • Engage with stakeholders to grasp their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
      • Work with the SharePoint development team to create and implement solutions aligned with business requirements.
      • Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet quality standards and user expectations.
    • SharePoint Management:
      • Supervise the management and maintenance of SharePoint environments.
      • Ensure proper configuration, maintenance, and security of SharePoint sites.
      • Offer technical support and troubleshoot SharePoint-related issues.
      • Stay informed about SharePoint best practices and new features to enhance platform utilization.

    General Requirements:

    • Must be based in Huntsville, AL.
    • Hold an active DoD SECRET clearance.
    • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree.
    • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience supporting SharePoint for the US Army/DOD.
    • Maintain a valid Microsoft PL-900 Certification.
    • PMP certification is a plus.
    • Preferred Security+ Certification.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problems-solving skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
