    Job Summary
    The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) works collaboratively with other providers and staff to ensure efficient patient flow and a high level of patient satisfaction. This position works directly with an American Family Care franchised business location, providing care within the scope of training and approved agreements.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Perform comprehensive health histories, develop medical assessments, and order laboratory studies appropriate for patient needs.
    • Formulate medical diagnoses, institute therapy, and refer patients to community resources as needed.
    • Provide emergency treatment and stabilize patients in critical situations.
    • Interpret patient data to determine status, management, and treatment plans.
    • Offer health care guidance to patients, families, and significant others.
