- Assure our safety standards are monitored and maintained and engage all site personnel in this requirement.
- Set standards and expectations for the operational conditions that lead to 100% compliance with internal and external requirements.
- Maintain key focus on leading indicators (SMAT, Near Miss and Unsafe Conditions, Risk Assessment coverage amount others)
- Implement and oversee initiatives to minimize the plants environmental footprint.
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the plant operations team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee all aspects of manufacturing processes, from raw material input to finished product output.
- Be a key partner for executing strategic diversification projects at the site to expand the business portfolio.
- Manage the Industrial Efficiency Pillar and Mentor the WCM Coordinator.
- Build and lead a high-performing plant operations team, providing mentorship and professional development opportunities.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resource utilization and industrial efficiency.
- Monitor and analyse production data to identify areas for improvement and execute improvement projects.
- Participate in the development of the development of the plant budget, working then to execute same ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and productivity.
