Job description
Infosys is hiring a Senior Java Cloud Technology Architect - As a Senior Java Cloud Technology Architect to support and enhance enterprise web applications. This role involves managing multiple tracks of AMS including incident management, problem management, enhancements, audits and continuous improvements and ensuring performance and security compliance in a regulated environment. You will be part of a collaborative team that values innovation, continuous learning, and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Charlotte, NC, or Plano, TX or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

- At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology
- Experience in Java, and cloud technologies with a focus on AWS.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience Java with cloud technologies with a focus on AWS
- At least 11 years financial services industry experience
- Demonstrated ability to document processes and platform architecture into sustainable documents.
- Plan, develop, organize, build and test service and API integration services.
- At least 2 years Digital payment implementation experience
- At least 2 years Proven experience in delivering innovative and newer trends in payments / financial networks
- Experience in payments data/object/service models.
- Experience in HSMs and security models.
- Knowledge of network integration with 3rd party networks including ACH, RTP and card networks.
- Ability to write in explanatory and procedural styles for multiple audiences
- Ability to simplify complex information
- Working in large organizations and understanding of the culture these large organizations bring
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
