    Description:

    Seeking a candidate to assist with the accurate coordination of all quality documents within the quality management system. This position is working in a medical device, regulated environment, coordinating the document control system to ensure compliance of internal and external requirements.

    Key duties:

    Filing and transferring physical files from one location to another.

    Scanning and uploading document into electronic systems.

    Organization of the document control cage.

    Cross collaboration across engineering teams, sales, and operations teams.

    Manage Change controls.

    Assign document number and assign number for deviations.

    Desired Experience:

    Experience within GMP Environment (medical device, or pharmaceutical preferred)

    Experience with quality documentation

    Document control and change controls

    Experience with MS office and EPR systems

    Associates Degree (not required)
