We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our client's team as a Purchasing Analyst.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement applications, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with various departments to optimize system performance.

While experience with procurement concepts is advantageous, we value the ability to learn and grow in the role.


Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and administer procurement applications to uphold agreed upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for performance.
Oversee day-to-day operations of procurement applications, including system setup, process design, and report development.
Provide support for procurement system processes such as Sourcing, Contracts, Buying & Invoicing, and Supplier Management.
Foster strong relationships with key business units to align procurement initiatives with organizational strategy.
Communicate and enforce procurement processes and governance to internal and external stakeholders.


Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience.
Technical proficiency, with experience in system administration, data structure, or system process design.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Familiarity with procurement concepts and methodologies is beneficial.
