    Description

    Job Summary

    As a Customer Service Associate, you will assist customers in solving their automotive issues while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate is a happy, goal-oriented individual who can provide friendly, helpful, and professional customer service.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Foster a culture of 'Safety First' and 'Environmental Stewardship,' adhering to environmental, health, and safety standards.
    • Prioritize facility cleanliness and appearance, demonstrating a positive attitude and adherence to company values.
    • Deliver exceptional customer service by listening and interacting with customers, helping them find inventory using digital kiosks or mobile devices.
    • Process cash and credit card transactions, receive and process car titles, and read, interpret, and enter data into computer systems for accurate record keeping.

    Requirements:

    • Commitment to delivering friendly, helpful, and professional customer service.
    • Experience in retail or customer service.
    • Strong administrative and organizational skills, including cash management.
    • Ability to work in a face-paced environment and multitask effectively.
