    We are seeking a highly skilled, experienced Communications Manager to develop and drive our strategy for communicating T-Mobile's corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives to employees across the company. This person will own enterprise-wide communications that support T-Mobile's CSR strategy, philanthropic programs, environmental, sustainability and governance (ESG) efforts, and connectivity programs, with a focus on connecting, empowering and mobilizing Team Magenta around our social purpose. They will quarterback communications development, act as the subject matter expert, set strategy and narrative for this business area, and partner closely with senior leaders to develop and implement internal communications strategy and content.
    We're looking for someone who can dig in and drive action quickly, someone who is collaborative and creative, a critical problem solver, knows how to get others on broad, and rolls up their sleeves to get the job done.

    ** This is a hybrid role (3 days/week in the office) and based in Bellevue, Washington or Overland Park, Kansas**

    Responsibilities:

  • Own the employee narrative for T-Mobile's corporate social responsibility strategy and efforts – including promotion of our community giving programs, annual Corporate Responsibility report, sustainability and digital equity efforts, and assisting with social and environmental crises response.
  • Work closely with CSR and ESG subject matter experts to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
  • Create unifying and purpose-driven campaigns and experiences that mobilize and empower Team Magenta to be a force for good in their communities, including T-Mobile's annual month of giving (Magenta Giving Month).
  • Team with key partners across communications and other large internal organizations to create a roadmap of initiatives that reinforce T-Mobile's social purpose, drive engagement in CSR programs and further our Un-carrier culture to be a force for good.
  • Write and edit short and long-form highly visible content, including emails, talking points, articles, and scripts, ensuring a consistent and compelling narrative that aligns to audience needs.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers, video producers and other partners to deliver high-quality, engaging content and materials.
  • Drive idea generation to support various audience reach and new channel development.
  • Create a standardized process for measuring and communicating results; adjusting strategy as needed.Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in internal communications and/or developing & driving complex communication plans in a fast-paced, high-volume corporate environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, PR, Organizational Leadership, Business Administration or related field; or equivalent experience. Experience in corporate social responsibility is a plus.
  • Exceptional writing and presentation skills; ability to adjust tone and style by audience.
  • Strong project management skills; ability to lead/oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience advising senior-level leadership.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and organizational skills, with the ability to lead through ambiguity.
  • Understanding of how internal communications efforts impact the business; ability to communicate impacts with partners.
  • Analytics oriented; seeks out opportunities for data-based decision making and success measurement.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative.
  • Strong attention to detail with a steadfast focus on quality, accuracy and employee experience.

    T-Mobile's Commitment Washington Pay Range : $96, $130, The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
