    Job SummaryAs an inside sales professional, the Relationship Manager role is responsible for driving revenue growth and bringing in new business from prospects.

    This role is to set appointments with business owners and our Trusted Dealer Network to sell Global Payments payment processing solutions through various methods, including strategizing with Dealers over phone conversations, via email, as well as building relationships with Dealers.

    The position is highly leveraged with the opportunity for creating commissioned income while working flexible hours. DutiesStrategize with dealers via phone and close new merchant account sales consistently month after monthPractice the Global Payments values of Think like a Client, Act like an Owner, Win as One Team


    by listening and determining the customer's needs to offer appropriate solutions and products that will elevate the customer's businessProvide after-sale service as needed to ensure a successful transition to Global Payments products and servicesProactively follow up with clients and/or Dealers weekly via phone and report interaction to ensure appropriate level of serviceRespond to all sales leads within the required response time and work to solidify and close the sale.

    Report results on a regular basis as definedOvercome customer objections, issues or concerns as necessary to solidify the merchant relationship as a part of the salePossess the ability to obtain a higher value from merchants based on the value-added benefits offered by the product/serviceGain a full understanding of all hardware, software, programs, and services offered by Global Payments, and effectively communicate this information to prospects, clients and internal stakeholdersContinually learn new aspects of all of the products and services offered by Global Payments by participating in ongoing trainingAdministrative duties as needed Job RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of business-to-business (B2B) outside sales experience Fluent in SpanishPreferred QualificationsProven track record of success in inside salesExperience in the equipment/payment systems environment Global Payments Inc.
