- Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the Senior Brand Manager and the marketing team at large.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain organized files and records of marketing activities and brand assets.
- Coordination of Brand Assets:
- Ensure all brand assets are up-to-date and accessible for the marketing team.
- Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials, including packaging, promotional items, and digital assets.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain a comprehensive inventory of marketing collateral.
- Marketing Support:
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to support strategic planning.
- Coordinate events, trade shows, and promotional activities, including logistics and travel arrangements.
- Assist in managing social media accounts and creating content.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies.
- Facilitate communication between different departments to streamline marketing efforts.
- Support the Senior Brand Manager in developing and maintaining brand guidelines and standards.
- Travel:
- Travel as needed for events, trade shows, and meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with marketing software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for the cannabis industry and knowledge of current market trends.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Compensation Description: The hourly range for this position in the selected city is $ $31.00 per hour Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
