Job summary
We are seeking a Maintenance Superintendent to lead the entire Maintenance Department for our veneer facility located in Emerson, AR. This position carries full responsibility for maintenance operations across the site and reports directly to the Site Manager.Responsibilities
- Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure process reliability.
- Improve key performance indicators and optimize department budget.
- Catch, mentor, and develop team members to build capability and engagement.
