    Lead and manage architectural projects from conception through completion, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
    Design and oversee the construction of building envelopes, focusing on energy efficiency and sustainability in cold climates.

    Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects that meet or exceed the strategic objectives of the Department of Defense.

    Provide expert guidance on the integration of advanced building technologies and materials suited for harsh weather conditions.
    Conduct thorough site inspections and coordinate with construction teams to ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

    Licensed Architect with a minimum of 7 years of professional experience in architecture, including significant experience in cold climate building design.

    Proven track record of working on Department of Defense projects.
    Extensive knowledge of building envelope systems, including their design, implementation, and performance evaluation in cold weather conditions.
    Proficiency in CAD software and other architectural design tools.
    Strong project management skills, capable of leading projects independently.
    Deep understanding of the physical and regulatory environments affecting building design in cold climates.
