Community Relations Director (Sales & Marketing for Independent Living)
The Woods at Cedar Run, Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care, of Camp Hill, PA is looking for an energetic and influential sales and marketing professional to successfully market our premier community to individuals and professionals in the Camp Hill area. The Woods at Cedar Run is part of IntegraCare, manager of Senior Living, Independent Living & Memory Care Communities throughout Maryland, Pennsylvania and Virginia.

Salary: $73,000 - $75,000 per year + Monthly marketing bonuses and quarterly community performance bonuses with no capsResponsibilities include:
- Drive revenue growth through lead follow up and professional referrals
- Achieve census and sales activity goals
- Take action through strong initiative and self-direction
- Build and maintain positive relationships with local referral sources
- Travel to referral sources and organizations within the local community
- Manage the inquiry and admissions process
- Maintain the marketing lead base
- Create marketing plans and conduct presentations to community groups
- Coordinate tours of the community
Qualifications include:
- Three (3) or more years of sales and/or marketing experience, preferably in the long-term health care industry
- Independent, Senior Living Sales & Marketing experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred
- Valid driver's license.
