    The YouTube Podcasts team is responsible for a suite of products (e.g. podcast features on the YouTube and YouTube Music apps and publisher-focused products like analytics and business generation).

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $278,000-$399,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

    Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

    Manage a complex and matrixed team in YouTube and partner across team within Google effectively.
    Foster a collaborative environment, cultivating a mindset that promotes teamwork and innovation across different YouTube and Google teams.

    Navigate complexities of a matrixed team structure and collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Product Design, Business Operations, and Design team.

    Possess an understanding of engineering infrastructure.
