- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive global benefit programs for the organization.
- Manage and administer U.S. benefit plans including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, FSA, 401k, COBRA, and leave of absences.
- Coordinate international benefits to ensure competitiveness and compliance with local regulations across multiple countries.
- Create and implement effective communication strategies to enhance employee understanding and engagement with benefits offerings.
- Partner with HR teams and external vendors to ensure benefit plan compliance, oversee reporting, and support wellness initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources management or a related field.
- 7+ years of progressive experience in benefit administration, including managing global benefits.
- Experience supporting 1,000+ employees across multiple sites, states, and countries.
- Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS, and other HR/Benefit software programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to inform decisions.
