- Assist business and operations leaders in North America and East Asia as lead counsel on a variety of deals
- Structure, draft, and negotiate procurement, purchasing, and manufacturing agreements
- Advise the business team on supply chain, intellectual property, technology, and compliance matters
- Address issues in commercial relationships, handle legal disputes, and inquiries
- J.D. degree and member of one state bar
- 5+ years as a licensed attorney
- 2+ years at a national or international law firm
- 2+ years as a transactional attorney
- Previous in-house experience at a tech company
- Ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams
- Good organizational skills, managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Sound judgment amid uncertain situations

The Devices legal team at Amazon is on the lookout for a skilled transactional attorney to back up its swiftly expanding devices business.
This business creates a thrilling range of products such as the well-known Kindle e-readers, Fire tablets, Fire TVs, Ring security cameras, and Echo smart speakers.
The attorney's main duties include negotiating, drafting, and advising on various manufacturing, procurement, technology licensing, and operational issues for the Amazon Devices business.
This role involves collaborating with diverse teams within the Amazon Devices and Services business, both nationally and internationally. It also offers the chance to influence Amazon's legal and business teams by crafting and implementing internal tools, guidelines, and trainings.
