    HotFoot Recruiters partnered with a well-established high-tech construction company in need of a Bilingual Human Resource Manager in the Phoenix area.


    Position:
    Bilingual HR Manager (Mandarin)


    Location:
    Phoenix, AZ


    Pay:
    $100k – 120k DOE


    Hours:
    Monday - Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM


    Summary:
    Facilitate payroll for different types of employees (Full-Time, Part-Time, Contractors...).
    Aid in the onboarding and offboarding processes for both domestic and international staff.
    Supervise the international visa program and the documentation process for work authorizations.
    Provide assistance to employees regarding inquiries related to benefits, such as benefit choices during open enrollment.
    Manage initiatives for talent acquisition.
    Take the lead in enhancing HR processes.
    Manage HR communications, including drafting and distributing internal notifications and handling external HR matters
    Write corporate HR policies for approval
    Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations at the federal, state, and local levels.
    Address employee relations issues and collaborate with managers to create Performance Improvement Plans.
    Perform other tasks as assigned.


    Qualification:
    Bilingual in Mandarin is required
    5+ years of HR experience in the following industry: construction, high technology, HR consulting, design firms, engineering firms
    Ability to work long hours in construction site offices
    Bachelor's' degree in human Resources or related field
    1-2 years of leadership experience overseeing a small team of HRs
