Heritage Pointe in beautiful Doylestown, PA is looking for Full and Part time Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Every Weekend Program

$5.00 Shift Differential Availability on all shifts


Job Duties and Responsibilities:
The LPN provides nursing care to patients as assigned.
The LPN administers and records medications and treatments as assigned.
The LPN prepares for and assists Physicians and others with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
The Licensed Practical Nurse reinforces support and provides health care instructions to patients and their families.

The Licensed Practical Nurse participates with other team members in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities.

The Licensed Practical Nurse assists in the admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
The LPN observes and reports patients' vital signs, symptoms and general condition to the appropriate individual(s).
