- Conduct assessments to evaluate students' academic, emotional, and behavioral needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and interventions.
- Provide counseling and support services to students, families, and staff.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and develop intervention strategies.
