- Experience in the route-based services industry.
- 1-year managerial experience.
- Dependable and adaptable to the ongoing needs of employees and customers.

- Basic computer knowledge.
- Able to pass a pre-employment background check, drug test, and motor vehicle report.
- Must have a valid driver's license, 3 years of verifiable driving history, and clean driving record.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Resolve all customer complaints/issues.
- Oversee a group of 10-15 pool techs.
- Coordinate and optimize routes.
- Interview new hires. and make staffing decisions with pool techs.
- Perform corrective action as necessary with proper record keeping.
- Providing weekly service bids
- Check trucks for cleanliness and routine maintenance.
- Assist with inventory, staging, and customer needs.
