- BS degree in Finance, Economics or related field.
- Analyzing finance business processes (AP, AR, GL, budgeting) and creating business value maps.
- Proven experience in Finance transformation projects; analyzing and optimizing financial systems, streamlining reporting processes, implementing new accounting standards, and leveraging data analytics to drive business insights.
- Deep understanding of financial processes and budgeting process with large organizations in US.
- Understanding of financial and accounting principles.
- Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail.
- Additional qualification (e.g. CPA or CFA) a plus
- Experience in software packages like Elite 3E, corporate budgeting, and ONESOURCE, corporate tax.
