Description

As a key leader at TEKsystems, the Operations Manager oversees all OSP and ISP construction activities for a large hyperscale data center project. This role ensures seamless execution of fiber installation, pathway construction, splicing, testing, and integration work while coordinating closely with the general contractor, client representatives, subcontractors, and field teams.

The successful candidate will have 5-10+ years of experience in telecommunications or utility construction with strong knowledge of OSP and ISP fiber infrastructure including pathways splicing testing and network integration.
