Setting: 25-bed Independent, Nonprofit Critical Access Hospital
Patient Mix:
Primarily Adults; occasional Pediatric, Observation, and Swing-Bed patients.
Role Highlights
Holistic Care Delivery:
Utilize the Nursing Process to coordinate medical, surgical, and outpatient care while addressing spiritual and psychosocial needs.
Lead at the Bedside:
Lead a talented group of clinical professionals under the guidance of the Unit Director and Nursing Supervisor.
Clinical Versatility:
Manage a diverse caseload including post-op, acute medical, and stable pediatric patients.
Modern Workflow:
Utilize Meditech EMR for documentation and critical decision support.
Mandatory Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of recent acute care experience. (Pedi-only RNs will not be considered).
Licensure:
Active Vermont (VT) or Compact/Multi-State RN License.
Certifications:
Current AHA BLS and ACLS are required prior to start.
Tech Skills:
Preference is given to candidates with Meditech experience.
Compliance:
All credentials must be finalized and uploaded 5 business days before the March 25th start.
