- Oversight of accurate timely processing of all capital activity transactions including subscriptions redemptions transfers Private Equity Commitment Calls Distribution processing.
- Ownership of more complex clients fund structures Onboard new clients help train migrate new business standardized processes If divergence needed ensure proper transparency efficient design.
