    - $40 per hour based on experience Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Great Benefits Room for Growth 401K Job Details Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on marine and industrial equipment Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues Repair and replace components such as pumps, motors, valves, gearboxes, and related systems Read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals Conduct inspections and testing to verify equipment performance Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and system modifications Maintain accurate service records and documentation Follow all safety procedures and company policies Support shop operations and respond to urgent repair needs as required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in marine, industrial, or heavy equipment environments Experience working with marine engines, hydraulic systems, pumps, and related equipment preferred Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license required Preferred Skills Welding or fabrication experience Familiarity with marine safety and maintenance standards Experience working in both shop and field service environments Interested in hearing more?
