Job summary
The Instructional Development Specialist develops and evaluates performance-based curriculum; fosters effective communication; and implements curriculum frameworks to ensure curriculum integrity and consistency.- Provide assistance and support with the development and evaluation of performance-based curriculum for new program course planning, course revision, and contracted and external projects.
- Maintain WTCS standards for curriculum management in accordance with Higher Learning Commission (HLC) standards.
