**Warehouse Manager / Inside Sales Representative - Oklahoma City, OK**
**Position Summary:**
**Responsibilities include oversight of warehouse operations & staff, generation of sales revenues, customer (contractor) nurturing, lead generation, onsite support and training for customers, vendor promotion support for engineering clients, reseller engagement and integration with warehouse operations.**

**Responsibilities:**
Manage daily operations at warehouse inclusive of managing administrative, warehouse & delivery personnel. Work daily at the local warehouse location. Work closely with Business Development Manager to develop & sustain operational efficiencies inclusive of material order & customer delivery. Interact with warehouse personnel routinely to foster teamwork across company departments (Sales, Operations, Marketing, Corporate).
Receive all walk-in customers courteously and professionally to address needs as appropriate.
Successfully implement bid strategies to close business with customers. Work with Business Development Manager to coordinate material quotations and proper project follow up with customers.
Implementation of company safety policies within warehouse. Coordinate necessary training with warehouse personnel to stay in compliance with both OSHA & company safety criteria.
Partner with Business Development Manager to assist in executing annual business development plan focused on contractor/key account development, promotional initiatives for key/growing product lines, vendor engagement & promotional efforts. Assist in achieving both territory financial and non-financial goals on an annual basis.
Create and establish proficiencies in lead generation services (plan/spec review) in cooperation with Business Development Manager. Create incremental revenue through quotation generation and follow-up using customer resource management (CRM) and established market pricing for commodity and value-added products.
Act as the primary liaison with facility management (for leased warehouse) to maintain acceptable working conditions in keeping with lease agreements. Manage communication and negotiate regarding property improvements in order to create added efficiencies to the warehouse.
Work with Operations Team to assist in maintaining proper inventory levels at the stocking warehouse. Develop live inventory tracking tool with Business Development Manager and routinely manage through daily updating (as needed).
Generate & maintain a key project/sales pipeline list in company CRM. Manage, update and track key projects in each marked sector. Provide information to Director of Sales on a monthly basis.
Identify key topics & educate warehouse staff on various key operation & sales functions inclusive of, but not limited to, safety, equipment (forklift), product training & professional development.
Communication of local competitive activities and pricing strategies to the Business Development Manager on an ongoing basis.
Identify, plan and execute business planning for growing the warehouse walk-in business to create incremental sales opportunity based on local inventory. Create local customer database and develop ideal product portfolio and market pricing to encourage growth in monthly transactions at the local warehouse.
**Education/Qualifications (Preferred):**
Three to five years work experience in a customer service capacity.
Two to five years of proven warehouse management experience.
Strong communication skills.
