    The Vendor Manager role involves onboarding new vendors, evaluating and monitoring potential and existing vendors, ensuring SLAs are met or exceeded, running daily/weekly/monthly reports, producing performance scorecards, facilitating calls with stakeholders/vendors, overseeing vendor fulfillment/remediation plans/resolving disputes/managing escalations/enuring best-in-class customer service.

    • Skill requirements include 5+ years of experience managing vendor/relationship management with 3+ years in financial/mortgage/title insurance.
