    Senior Communications Manager, Transformation T-Mobile's Finance, Procurement & Supply Chain (FP&SC) team is undergoing a large-scale finance, procurement, and supply chain transformation: reinventing and modernizing the way we work and do business We are seeking a seasoned business communications professional to build and execute on communications strategies in support of this transformation and lead the transformation communications team.

    Preferred candidates will have demonstrated experience in change management and business storytelling and expertise in large-scale business transformation programs and system implementations.

    As a key member of the Change Management team, you will be instrumental in translating complex change narratives across workstreams or projects into clear, compelling messages across various channels, including executive, employee, and program team communications.

    In this critical role, you will be expected to devise, lead, and implement strategic communications in line with our organizational and transformation objectives.

    You will facilitate storytelling that articulates news ways of working and supports smooth and successful implementations.
    The right person for this role is highly detail-oriented, has strong program management skills, and is excited to take the pen and write the story of transformation for the FP&SC team at T-MobileResponsibilities:

    Team Management:
    Lead a team of communication professionals

    Executive Communications:
    Provide dedicated support to the Transformation Leadership Team in crafting and delivering impactful executive communications.
    Ownership of executive communication requests, including delivering team meeting materials, written executive communications, and other critical deliverables.

    Responsible for understanding and telling the transformation story in the voice of our leadership team and in ways that bring the story to life for their individual teams.

    Build and deliver change management communications in support of the transformation's Operating Committee meetings; developing and creating meeting materials that effectively communicate key messages.

    Manage and maintain customer analysis and mapping; understand the impacts of transformation to our end usersProgram and Internal Communications:
    Manage cohesive enterprise storytelling initiatives for the transformation team.

    Support project communications across the transformation by orchestrating group collaboration across key partners and overseeing the core strategy, ensuring comprehensive representation of all relevant aspects.

    Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and insights, transforming them into coherent and compelling narratives.


    Plan Management:
    Manage an end-to-end transformation communications plan that includes communication events across the program.

    Manage communication inputs from various transformation projects and workstreams and act as an "air traffic control" in mitigating overlapping communications and ensuring cohesive storytelling.

    Manage detailed inputs for the Change Management Dashboards to track the impact of change communication initiatives across key partner groups.


    Education:
    Bachelor's Degree Communications, Journalism, English, PR or related field (Required)

    Work Experience:7-10 years Working experience in developing & leading complex communication plans in an agency or corporate environment.

    (Required)7-10 years Leading direct reports in a fast paced, high volume Marketing, Communications, and/or Public Relations function for a large corporation or agency.

    (Required)Proven track record of successfully managing communication strategy for C-level executives (CEO, COO, CMO, CFO, etc.). (Preferred)Telecommunications industry and cross-cultural experience. (Preferred)Experience in developing and leading communications strategy for dynamic organizations that have experienced significant change (e.g. change in response to market conditions, regulatory environment, competition, etc).

    (Preferred)Proven business (finance, procurement, or supply chain) communications and/or change management experience (including ERP implementations and/or Shared Service Network transformations).Proven experience with executive and program communications in a finance or transformational context.

    Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to distill complex concepts into clear, concise messages.
    Strong project management abilities, capable of coordinating diverse inputs to meet communication objectives.
    Collaborative approach with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
    Familiarity with Change Management methodologies and experience in a large-scale transformation project is a plus.
