    Join a 50 year old private group of 12 Neurologists, 6 Neurosurgeons, 4 PM&R, 1 Rheumatologist, 1 Chiropractor, 2 Behavioral Health and several APP s in a well-established, quality oriented multidisciplinary Neurosciences group with 7 offices throughout the picturesque region, just 30 miles north of Boston a great place to call home


    Details:
    Full-time schedule, typically Monday Friday 8-5.
    Expect to see an average of 18 patients per day, with the ability to see more if desired.

    Neuro Hospitalists support the practice, so hospital rounding during the day will only be necessary when the Neuro Hospitalists are on vacation.

    The evening and weekend call schedule is currently 1:5 with a new hire it will become 1:6 and the goal is 1:7 or less.

    In terms of patients, there is a lot of General Neurology. Those with a specific clinical interest can easily build a subspecialty-focused practice.
    Each physician has their own secretary who assists with scheduling, rooming, and triage. Medical Assistants are available.
    Currently, there are 3 Neurologists in this office with the intent to add 2-3 more.
    Opportunities for professional growth on either on a partnership or employment track.

    Offer:
    Incoming physicians will enter the practice on a 2-year contract with an IG base salary.

    After year 3, if found to be mutually beneficial, the physician will be offered the opportunity to become a partner or the option to remain on a non-partner track.
