Sales Associate at Hibbett Sports

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Hibbett Sports. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, promoting services, and achieving sales goals.

Main Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product recommendations.
Promote services such as layaways, price matching, and loyalty programs to drive sales and revenue growth.
Track sales performance by following company guidelines and using results to improve store and personal goals.
Stay up-to-date on all company policies, standards, and procedures by attending training sessions and meetings.
